Just like his Mama, little Bear has a bit of a sweet tooth and these muffins have been going down a storm as a tasty treat in the afternoon, although they can be given at any time in the day.
To make 12 muffins, you will need:
55g banana, peeled
100g unsalted butter, softened
150g self-raising flour
100g light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 180c/350f/Gas 4 and lime a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cases.
Then mash the banana and raspberries together fruits together.
Place the mashed fruit into a mixing bowl along with the butter, eggs, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Whisk them all together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Now divide the mixture into the muffin cases, you should find a tablespoon full will be enough mixture for each case.
Bake the muffins in the oven for 15-18 minutes until they have risen well and are lightly golden on top. Remove from the oven and then leave them to cool on a wire rack until ready to enjoy with your little eater.
